Curriculum Vitae

Summary

Seeking to advance human performance through on-the-job training using virtual assistants in mixed reality.

——————
I am a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida where I learned and applied principles in Instructional Design and Technology for eLearning and Simulation Design. Prior to my graduate degree, I studied Applied Experimental and Human Factors Psychology at the University of Central Florida where I was a research assistant, teaching assistant, and peer advisor.

Presently, I am working on the U.S. Department of Labor American Apprenticeship Initiative Grant partnering with local companies and organizations to develop training solutions through competency based registered apprenticeship programs. This grant targets the specific industries of information technology, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. Additionally, I am an adjunct instructor for basic computer literacy, and I have recently launched my own consulting company for instructional solutions.

On a personal note, I am an advocate for space exploration, startup technology, and animal welfare. I have been a homebrewer for a number of years, and I always enjoy a good craft beer or coffee with like-minded individuals.

Moving forward, I seek to apply my knowledge, skills, and abilities to develop advanced training solutions utilizing AR, VR, and XR. Interested in learning more or leveraging my skills? reach out to me – I would love to speak with you.
